Who is Ledgrr for?+
Families in India, and Indians abroad, who want one trusted record of their money and paperwork, so nobody is left searching if the person who manages it is unavailable.
Can the Ledgrr team see my data?+
No other user can ever reach your records. Support can't open them on their own: only if you start a support session and read them its code can they see how your account is set up, never amounts, numbers or names, and every session is logged. They can always see a summary your app sends when you sign in, so they can find your account: your name, email and phone, when you signed up and last signed in, your device type and language, how many records of each kind you have, the storage you use, and when you last made a backup or dossier export.
Will Ledgrr ever ask for my OTP, PIN or password?+
No. Not by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email or chat. Anyone who asks, whoever they say they are, is a scammer.
Do you connect to my bank?+
No. You enter details yourself or upload a statement file, which is read in your browser. We never ask for banking passwords.
What does my family see if I share my dossier?+
A read-only copy with account numbers masked to their last four digits. The link expires after 7, 30 or 90 days, and you can revoke it at any time.
Can I take my data with me?+
Yes, always: CSV for every module, the dossier as a PDF, and a full JSON backup.
